🌟 You can finally set up your own Apple welcome message🌟

Now you can set up a welcome message for each language individually in your Apple Channel settings. Welcome your clients the right way, no matter which language they speak! :) 🌐✨

🌟 Info on unsupported attachment for WhatsApp🌟

You will now be notified immediately when an operator sends a file with an unsupported type. Instead of the classic "pipe" icon to confirm reading, you will see a small cross in the bottom right corner of the file, meaning that the type is not supported. ❌📄

🌟 E-mail sorting method🌟

You now have the option to decide whether to sort emails from oldest or newest in the operator interface. This option can be found in your tenant (general settings). Adjust the order according to your preferences and make your operators' work easier! 📧🔄

🛠 Minor but Significant Adjustments 🛠

• Outgoing call: If you are calling a banned client, you will know about it thanks to a notification.

• WhatsApp client conversation recovery: We fixed the feature of contacting the client 24 hours after the last communication
