## **Mluvii News**

### 1) **More operators can cooperate in a session**

The cooperation of operators in mluvii is even easier. If a client’s inquiry has got an operator stumped, they can newly invite another operator to the session. They can share files with the client or hold a collective chat conversation. You only have to click “Invite” in “Collaborators” section during a session. There the operator chooses a specific available operator or a group of operators and invites them to the session. Like in redirecting conversations, a short message that the client will not see can also be added to the invitation. In a collective conversation, operators are distinguished by user names and newly also by icons or profile pictures.

### 2) **Communication API for easier integration of chatbots**

If you have a chatbot based on the third-party technology, you can connect it to mluvii now. We have prepared a communication API for you, thanks to which you can easily connect your chatbot yourselves in the chatbots setting section. You can read the details in our documentation.

#### **Minor changes to the application:**

* We have changed the design of the session and e-mail details in the tables to make them better arranged
* A minor change in the contacts list in the merge of two clients
* We have fixed group filtering in the “Operators” screen

**Thank you for your feedback, which helps us to improve mluvii. :)**
