## **Mluvii News**

### 1) **Outbound call restrictions**

Do not worry that your operators called unreasonably on paid lines or abroad. You can now whitelist allowed number formats in the phone channel settings using regex.

### 2) **Camera and video format selection during AV session**

During an AV call, you now have the option to select the camera you prefer and also the picture format. The client now receives an image from the operator in the correct proportions.

### 3) **The operator can redirect the e-mail thread**

Both the operator and the administrator can now redirect part of the e-mail thread. At any time, they can ask a colleague from another department or an external partner for help.

### 4) **Transparent background**

The transparent background of the images is now transparent even in mluvii chat.

#### **Minor changes in the application:**

* The long name of the page from which the client enters the chat is displayed correctly on the operator's side again
