You can view all saved files, record new ones, or delete existing ones in this section. When you enter the Files section, you will automatically open common files as Administrator or File Manager. These are available to all users of the company, including all operators. It is thus appropriate to store files that can be used by all operators during customer sessions. If you are also an operator, you can manage your files by switching to my files.
Restriction of supported formats (whitelisting)
If you need to prevent the transfer of potentially dangerous types of files, e.g. for safety reasons, it is possible to choose specific types in administration that will be used in mluvii.
In the default setting, the following types of files are supported: png, .gif', .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .jif, .jfi', .jf', .bmp, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppsx and .sldx.
If necessary, it is possible to restrict or extend the set of supported files to other types.

- Files sent during chat (among operators and clients)
- Files loaded into mluvii
- Files attached to an e-mail
Add a new file
You can upload files using the “Add” button. In the side panel, fill in the file name that you can either include in a folder or leave alone. Click on the “Select File” button to select the file you want to upload. Then choose “Select” and save.
You can also paste a YouTube video among the files. Paste the video link in the box labeled “Or enter video URL” and save it. The link can then be sorted into folders and subfolders as well as files.
Tip 1: We recommend using folders and subfolders when uploading files. Orientation in files will be easier for you and other users.
Tip 2: File folders are visible in the default settings for all groups. By using the icons () you can adjust the visibility of folders only for selected groups.
