Hero cards

Welcome to the Hero cards section. This name represents interactive forms offering new opportunities for linking customer care and sales, as well as advanced work with structured data and advanced reporting. Hero cards are one of the premium features of mluvii, so you can find them in the administration only if your company’s licence includes this feature.

Hero cards settings

To set up and manage Hero cards, go to Settings and then the Assets section. Hero cards settings can be made by users with at least Tenant admin permission.

How to create a new Hero card

In order to create a new Hero card, click the Add new button. Fill in its name and click Create. If you already use Hero cards, you can simply duplicate them or use as a template to create a new one.

You can change the title of the Hero card in the upper left corner and change its basic language setting in the opposite corner. If the Hero card was created in another language, you can simply switch between them by selecting another language. You can also simply copy the Hero card settings to another language version. Once you are done, click the Add new button and select one of the four types of fields you can use to make your Hero card.

Tip: The Hero card menu in the agent interface is displayed according to the client’s browser language. However, the agent can switch the Hero card language at any time. For more information, see Hero cards for agents.

Hero card field types:

Text

Classic text box supporting rich text format. You can change its size, style, and spacing, or add bullets and hyperlinks.

Field

First name the field type by clicking on the pencil icon. Then choose one of the five functions that the field can have:

  • Text field – fieldfor inserting shorter text, such as first name and surname

  • Text area – areafor inserting and editing longer text. Click Preview to see the changes you make to the form right away. For example, you can adjust the size of the text box by moving the lower right corner

  • E-mail – e-mail address field which checks the address format

  • Number – field that only allows numerals

  • Phone – phone number field. Checks the standard phone number format

Finally, in the right corner of the Field, assign a parameter, i.e. variable. You can choose from preset parameters or add your own.

You can also mark a field as Required. If a required field is displayed in the form, the client cannot confirm the submission of the form without filling it in. Click Save when you are done editing.

List

Another option is to insert a List. Name the list first and assign a parameter to it. You can choose from two types of lists; Radio or Select. Click + to add options to the list. You can then review your edits before saving the form in the preview. List, like Field, can be marked as required.

Confirmation buttons

Confirmation buttonsare always displayed at the end of the Hero card. They are automatically inserted when you use Field or List in the Hero card editor. If you have only inserted a Text box into the Hero card, confirmation buttons are not automatically added, but you can insert them manually. The buttons are used to record confirmation or rejection of information or offers in the Hero card.

Tip: Identification Hero Card is a good alternative to mandatory entry form. Operators can send this Hero Card to a client whenever they need to identify him.
