How to get WhatsApp Business Account
In order for your company to communicate with customers via WhatsApp through mluvii, you must first establish a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). A WABA is tied to a specific phone number and you can customize its name, logo or other information that will be displayed to customers on your WhatsAppu profile. A few additional details are required to apply for a WABA registration.
To submit an application for opening an official WABA account, please prepare:
- The official name of your company,
- Your company's website,
- Facebook Business Manager URL including ID,
- Your WABA account name,
- Your company website to display on your WABA profile,
- WABA account phone number,
- Country or list of countries where you want to use WABA, GMT time zone,
- Your company description of up to 139 characters, profile logo or image in size 640x640 px and max size 5MB.
Please complete all replies and attachments in this form. Your WABA account will be reviewed and activated within 3 weeks of submitting your application.
Using Business WhatsApp Account
WhatsApp may routinely check on the use of WABA. Therefore, it should be ensured that the account is not used to spam clients or communicate with clients who have not consented to be contacted via WhatsApp. The customer must first consent to receive messages on WhatsApp via a third party channel such as SMS, e-mail or web form.
