What's new in mluvii
1) Even better work with tagging
We know that tags can be an important part of your sales process and re-evaluation of your sessions success. Based on your suggestions, we have added a new option to deactivate a tag. This means that if you deactivate a tag, it disappears from the active tag menu that agents use in sessions, but stays in the records of previous sessions. For example, if you use tags for seasonal campaigns and have the “Christmas 2018” tag, it will disappear from the current menu when deactivated and agents will not be able to use it when evaluating the session. But you can find the tag in the past sessions during which it was used. Only a user with Tenant admin and higher permission can perform the deactivation of a tag in the application settings.
2) Stay up to date with the new Notifications section
We have prepared a new section called Notifications, which will inform you about what is happening in the application at the moment. For example, if an error occurs in the application, the notification will tell you where and what type of error it is. Individual notifications are colour-coded, so you can easily tell if it is an error, information, or notification. We will gradually add new items to the section.
3) Chatbots now support displaying of cards by means of carousel
Our chatbots are constantly learning new tricks. They now offer the possibility of inserting carousel thanks to Microsoft Bot Framework. Carousel is a set of cards where any texts and pictures can be inserted and the individual cards placed behind each other so that the client can easily browse through them. So, you can compile widgets exactly to your needs and offer the client the relevant (pre-) selection of your products. Minor changes in the app:
- We have fixed the loading of the audio/video services in CallBack after hanging up and calling again.
- View the client chat history on Safari.
- Fixed a bug on mobile devices in the event the app user opens the Sessions section and presses the back button.
