1) Import contacts to Contact directory from CSV
Are you using our Contact directory and would you like to expand your client database with your own set of contacts? We have good news for you. You can upload contacts to mluvii via the CSV spreadsheet. Just open the Contact directory section and press the “Upload CSV” button. The interface allows you to use only selected columns from the CSV. From now on, you will not lose a single record of communication with your clients.
You will especially appreciate this in other versions of the application. We are preparing a section for the management and operation of outgoing telephone campaigns, bringing you even closer to your clients
2) You can now play audio notifications in a loop
You can set to play an audio loop to notify operators when they enter the queue. It will no longer happen to your operators that a client rings once and then forgets about it. Of course, the application still has the option of selecting the sound and combining sounds with other rules.
3) You can now play audio notifications in a loop
If you forget to add groups to the routing, this routing cannot be assigned to a widget. It is also not possible to delete all destinations in the used routing. So you don't have to worry about incoming requests disappearing without being noticed.
Minor changes to the application:
Pressing the chatbot button now looks like a message from the client.
You will no longer encounter old “stuck” sessions in live tables.
