1) The Chatbot API returns group occupancy information
Your chatbot can now get information from the talk about the number of free slots in each group. It can therefore evenly distribute the load between operators. You can find more information in our public documentation.
2) Detailed description of the campaign
Finally, you can easily add a detailed description of the goal or product in your campaigns.
Minor changes in the application:
- The system message "redirected to phone" is already displayed correctly in the routing detail
- The wallboard does not automatically reduce the display after a long time
- You can use the “Custom Text” component within Performance again without restriction.
