1) SLA based on call parameters
You can now monitor SLAs on wallboards according to call parameters. This can be useful, for example, for individual IVR options of your call centre.
2) Predictive campaign routing
The predictive campaign now routes even if the agents have e-mail assigned in their mailbox.
Minor changes in the application:
- We have improved the UI in the e-mail detail when trying to forward part of a thread. We have improved the e-mail UI in the thread forwarding section.
- Fixed phone icon scrolling when redirecting from the agent.
- Minor fix to the client’s UI during an AV call on a mobile phone.
- When editing Herocards, searching for call parameters works better.
- You can more easily assign the generated API key for the chatbot API to a specific chatbot in a specific tenant.
- Wallboards once again correctly display the number of agents with the Away status.
