1) Wallboards are slowly turning into Dashboards
Measuring call centre traffic and performance is what we are all most interested in at the end of the day. That's why we want to present you new Dashboards section (real-time traffic metrics). The scope of the metrics so far replicates the Wallboards section that you use to measure in your call centers now. For example, it projects the number of calls, chats and emails answered, operator statuses and their history, or the availability of individual channels. Future versions of the application should make it easier to expand reporting views.
Dashboards are built on the Grafana platform, which forms the basis of live reporting for global brands. Interested in trying Dashboards or want to know more? Drop us a line on the helpdesk or in the mluvii chat.
2) More robust audio/video calls
Our A/V calls can now withstand even major internet outages. Both the operator and the client are informed about the instability of the internet connection by a pop-up notification.

Fixed nomenclature in Contact directory
On Android in Chrome, you can now redirect sessions as an admin again
