1) You can move the client window freely during an A/V call
Are you used to conducting audio-video calls with clients, but would like more freedom on the operator desktop? You have it. You can easily detach the operator and client windows from each other and move the client to any place on the desktop or perhaps to a second monitor so that it doesn't interfere with the view in the bottom right corner. Just click in the client's preview window and drag the mouse around the desktop. You can just as easily return the window to its original location with a single click.
2) Email communication statistics now in Performance reports
We have good news for all users of corporate mailboxes in mluvii. You will have a clear overview of how your operators are doing in handling emails in the Performance reporting section. You can now add email processing statistics such as average processing time or number of emails per operator to your dashboards.
3) Transcripts of conversations we've learned to speak Slovak
Do you often send chat transcripts and email to your customers? For this useful feature, we decided to break the language barrier and translate system messages for transcripts into Slovak as well. The language is determined by the primary language setting of the client's browser, of course the content of the chats remains unchanged. In case of setting a different browser language, the client receives system messages in English transcription.
Minor changes in the application:
Sessions can only be redirected to an operator that has access to the channel
API fix in case of a phone call to a banned client
Fixed some complications with creating and deleting dashboards
Removed some unnecessary buttons to move between settings sections
The form that is used in the widget now cannot be deleted
