# Externí kontakty

Externí kontakty vám umožní vytvářet a spravovat seznam vašich kolegů, kteří nemají uživatelský účet v mluvii, ale přesto je občas potřeba na ně přesměrovat příchozí hovor.

Sekce Externí kontakty umožňuje:

* vytvářet, editovat a mazat externí kontakty
* přidělovat kontakty do konkrétních tenantů
* zařazovat kontakty do skupin v rámci jednotlivých tenantů
