# Na celou skupinu (depricated)

Příchozí sezení jsou routována okamžitě na všechny zalogované operátory skupiny. \
Tato routingová strategie má tyto vlastnosti:

* nastavitelná velikost fronty skupiny (počet čekajících sezení)

* možnost nastavení max. délky čekání klienta ve frontě. Po jejím dosažení je klient routován na následující skupinu operátorů v rámci [routingu](/pro-administratory/sprava-tenantu/nastaveni/routingova-pravidla.md)
