External contacts

External contacts allow you to create and manage a list of your colleagues who do not have a user account in mluvii, but still occasionally need to forward an incoming call to them.

This section is only available to customers using the IP Telephony channel.

Managing external contacts is only available to users with company administrator privileges.

The External Contacts section allows you to:

  • create, edit, and delete external contacts

  • assign contacts to specific tenants

  • assign contacts to groups within individual tenants

Administrators will also meet External Contacts within the so-called External Groups and operators at the moment of call forwarding.
