1) WhatsApp voice messages and video

Finally, you can use WhatsApp with all it provides. Now you can receive voice messages as well as videos. You can upload video and sound directly in mluvii, or download them into the operator’s PC.

2) More space for sharing files and screen

To let your customers have as much comfort as possible while sharing screen or files, we have extended the space for sharing. The customer can further extend it by clicking the new button for hiding a chat window. Comfortably and in a well arranged way, you can share up to 3 files at the same time without zooming.

3) Testing environments for our clients

We have also newly prepared testing environments for you where you can test any setting and functioning. Real data of your company are at your disposal there. However, you do not need to worry that your experiments would influence statistics in real operation or the operation itself. Minor changes in the app:

• Adjustment of user interface in setting of the widget for easier work.

• We have conducted a review of the SK language version.

• Adjusted state in the sessions table when you wait for more intricately filtered data.
