1) Outgoing phone call via API

We know that the ability to connect mluvii to your internal systems is what it's all about. That's why you can now connect mluvii with your CRM even more. When working with your CRM, you can call our API and trigger an outbound call directly from your contacts in mluvii.

2) Quick reply directly in Hero Cards

Introducing a new component for Hero Cards that will make the path to client reviews even easier. This is because the client can quickly reply to various interactions or provide feedback on various products during the session. The results of these responses can then be found in the selected session parameters.

Minor changes in the application:

  • RAM optimization for longer sessions,

  • Routing optimization,

  • Fixed click-through to chatbot from session table,

  • Automatically ignored emails can be returned for processing.
