1) WhatsApp campaigns

You can now reach all your clients via WhatsApp in mluvii. You can import contacts from your contacts directory or CSV, just like you know from phone campaigns. Interactive templates you create in 360Dialog's portal can be sent out in a campaign with automatically filled-in parameters such as name, product, or client contract number from your CRM, for example. Clients can then respond. Sessions are then created, which are routed to operators according to the routing connected to WhatsApp.

2) Chatbot may have inputfield disabled

For a better user experience, we've enabled the chatbot to turn off the inputfield right at the start of the session. If you set this for the chatbot, the client enters the queue and cannot type anything. You save the client work and he can click on the buttons the chatbot offers him. The chatbot is able to enable and disable the inputfield freely during the session.

3) Chatbot API

The Chatbot API now returns the timezone for timestamped activities to the webhook.

4) Videocalls without interruption

During a video call, the client can navigate between pages and the call continues. The "Continue here" option is no longer displayed.

Minor changes in the application:

  • In forms, we fixed language switching, which in some cases was behaving non-standardly.

  • More reliable operator slot settings. In some cases the settings were being overwritten with a delay. That's over now.

  • Fixed filtering of sessions by queuing time.

  • Setting the allowed number of operator slots is now overwritten without delay.
