1) Auto-accept for e-mails

You can now set operators to automatically receive e-mails. This way, they will always know what request to attend to and don't have to waste time manually selecting from the menu. Their e-mails will automatically appear in the "Accepted" section, according to the number of slots set at the user level.

2) Preview of the file in the e-mail attachment

Finally! E-mail attachments in the inbox can be viewed by the operator in full size. Now they do not need to download the files and can view them directly in the operator console environment, just like the files used in chat sessions.

3) Operator search message

The client no longer needs to see the "We are looking for an available operator for you" message. You can turn this message off in the WebChat settings of the WebChat widget. This gives the client the feeling that they are right on the line.

Minor changes in the application:

• Fixed some authorization errors where the user gets

• The modal window for adding templates to e-mails now displays correctly

• Campaigns now show live changes in stats as well as contacts
