1) Your clients won't know an automated message from another

You can now send automated messages to clients that look like they were sent by an operator. This way, the client still feels that you are taking care of them! You set the messages as a chat rule, as you are already used to from classic automatic messages.

2) Deleting AV recordings

Finally, a clearer detail of the session. If you delete some recordings or a linked AV call recording is generated, only this final recording remains in the session detail.

3) Public API for Campaigns

You can now use "paging" when retrieving contacts from a running campaign. This way you don't have to retrieve all contacts at once.

Minor changes in the application:

• Fixed template to upload contacts to a campaign using CSV files

• The "Contact Client" button behaves correctly in the All Emails table.

• Fixed chat display on older iOS devices.
