🌟 Infinity chat🌟

By automatically retrieving historical sessions, operators now get an overview of past conversations with the same client within a given channel without having to switch to the History tab. With the new auto-load historical sessions feature, they can easily browse past conversations directly in the chat.

🌟 Rotating the image from the client 🌟

Now operators can easily handle situations where a client sends invoice images turned upside down. With a click of the mouse, the operators can rotate the image as they need, making their work more efficient and keeping communication flowing.

🌟 Parameters for API chatbots🌟

If you're using an API chatbot to send WhatsApp templates, we have great news for you. Now with the template confirmation information, the chatbot will also receive information about the selected template, but also all the related parameters contained in the template.

This update is especially useful if you are sending multiple templates and need to know exactly which one the client finally chose.

🌟 Default group All operators🌟

Changes for the "All Operators" group are immediately propagated in routing. The routing state evaluation mechanism for the "All Operators" group has been fixed and changes to the permissions of assigned operators are immediately reflected in the routing operation.

🛠 Minor but Significant Adjustments 🛠

• Missed calls: we fixed a non-valid option in the rules settings for removing a contact from a campaign.

• Sessions: long session alerts will persist after a refresh.
