# Audio/Video

**Microphone:**

* integrated or external (headset)

**Webcam:**

* minimum resolution: 640x480px/
* minimum refresh rate: 30fps
* ideally made by reputable company (Jabra, Logitech,...)

**Headsets:**

{% hint style="success" %}
It is impossible to recommend one particular type. There are several factors to consider:

* "one/both ears"
* wired/wireless model
* USB/3.5 mm jack
* price (standard, premium)

Because operators use the headset all day long, it's good to think about their comfort.
{% endhint %}

**Number of screens:**

* 2 is highly recommended for more comfortable work of operators,
* FullHD resolution (1920x1080 pixels)

**Specifications of the A/V chat:**

* 2 participants (1 client and 1 operator) as a standard
* up to 6 participants (1 client and 5 operators) and it depends on the particular license type

**Network requirements:**

* internet connectivity: min. 4MB/s

{% hint style="info" %}

* This value is determined with a margin and taking into account that often the speed of the Internet is not guaranteed.
* Quite frequently, other systems are running in addition to chat, which also require an Internet connection.
* If 3 or more participants are connected within an A/V session, the speed requirements increase by approximately 2 Mbit/s with each additional participant.
 {% endhint %}
