1) Parameters for e-mail

Parameters are now also available for emails. Administrators can extend existing parameters to be used in email messages or create new ones. Operators can then work with the parameters in the email details just as they are used to in sessions.

2) Extension of Public API with email parameters

You can now access email parameters via the Public API. The advantage for administrators is easier organization of work such as sorting messages to clients in CRM.

3) We have improved AV call quality monitoring

To better monitor the quality of audio-video calls, we have improved the monitoring of the WebRTC technology on which AV calls are based.

Minor changes in the application:

• We fixed a behavioral bug in the SDK for the mobile app that caused the client to re-display the offline form after a long pause in the app chat.

• Admin on a mobile device can see the "burger" button on the main menu again.

• Restricted some characters when creating callparameters for better system stability

• We also fixed the editing of columns to display on the mobile device

• Fixed Hero Cards that were incorrectly displaying the timepicker
