Perfection is in the details! That's why we've developed a timepicker and listpicker for Apple devices that can now include a cover image. Think of it as an upgrade to first class - your clients get a visual experience right in their messages that takes their communications to a whole new level.

Like a well-oiled machine, you can now use the contact directory with the REST API to add your own defined parameters to the filters. Forget about compromise - now you can connect your systems and mluvii with incredible precision.

**🌟Banning clients under full control🌟**

Our new rules for banning clients are like security codes for operators - they can only ban if they have permission. This means you can give operators control over sessions without risking misuse of this feature.

## 🛠 Minor but Significant Adjustments 🛠

* **AV call recordings:** these recordings are now like inseparable partners - they stay together in one piece, even when there's a transfer between chatbot and operator, ensuring that no piece of the conversation is lost in the digital ether.
