🌟 Chatbot and WhatsApp templates🌟

We are expanding the possibilities of sending WhatsApp templates via chatbot! You can now add specific parameters to templates, allowing the chatbot to personalize content for each client. In addition, the chatbot can send the appropriate language mutation of the template according to the language of the client's device.

🌟 Custom filtering in your Session table🌟

Searching and filtering in the Session table has undergone significant changes! You can now perform filters based on your parameters in the Sessions table. This useful feature makes it easier to find and work with relevant information. To activate this function, contact your sales representative and get access to even more convenient management of your data. 🚀

🛠 Minor but Significant Adjustments 🛠

• Operator group settings: Fixed the saving of "client reception time"

• WhatsApp: Templates with parameters in "template header and body" are fully supported within the campaign. This increases their flexibility and possibilities of use.

• We added missing translations in the app for a better user experience

• A contact (missed call) will be added to the missed calls campaign, even if they call repeatedly and have already been successfully called in history
