### Minor changes to the app:

* Expansion of the REST API for information on which tenants are individual users.
* Visibility of scrollbars in case there are multiple items in the drop-down menu.
* Fixed a bug in the Rules section when selecting the “Show Sentence” action.
* Fixed bug in operator metrics when displaying data before 2019.
