1) Outbound campaigns are even smarter
We can finally present predictive campaigns to you. You can set the outbound campaign so that it cold calls more clients by itself than the number of operators at your disposal at that moment. You only have to set the usual percent of the reachability of contacts and the campaign will easily cope. Thus you save the time of your operators on line, increase their efficiency and save money on the operation of the call center.
2) Preview of websites in chat
Once again, our chat supports one more trick. If you send your clients links to the websites, both of you will see a nice preview in chat. The website title will appear as well as the heading, featured image and a part of the text.
3) Improved Performance section
The Performance section is another step further to perfection. Now you can find the number of the sent offline forms there and you can also find out how many sessions there were in a given day. This pleasant improvement can be used by all our clients and we will be happy for their feedback.
4) From parameters using one click-through to external systems
If you store all client data in your own external CRM, now you can insert a link in each session into the call parameter that refers to a specific place in this CRM. Since that moment, the link that you can click through always appears in the parameters of the incoming session so you do not have to look for the client tediously any more.
5) The size of the group queue in routing is adjustable now
You will no longer have to deal with unlimited size of the queue on a group level. Routing “To whole group” has the same performance as routing “By operator utilization”. Now you can set a widget of which the state will change depending on the size of the queue from online to busy or offline.
Minor changes to the application:
During user creation, you do not have to enter gender any more. It does not appear in the application any more.
Thank you for your feedback, which helps us to improve mluvii. :)
