### 1) Emails to multiple recipients

You can now send an email to multiple recipients. You can effectively communicate with your partners and leave the client one message. This way, everyone knows about the customer request together. The work is then much more efficient and promotes collaboration in solving the client's request.

#### **Minor changes in the application:**

* Fixed filling in some templates for WA
* More reliable routing for Campaigns
* Setting some parameters via API fixed.
