Data security and GDPR

According to the GDPR, user data is stored and processed within the EU. Messages are encrypted between the user’s application and the Facebook data centres and are then delivered to the server to our partner, who is an official Facebook partner. Our WhatsApp Business partner does not store any decrypted messages. For more information, you can read a description of the technical solution directly from our partner.

To open a WhatsApp Business account, it is necessary to agree to the terms of our partner and Facebook.
