To whole group (deprecated)
An incoming session is routed to all logged-in operators in the group at once. It provides with following features:
maximum number of interactions in queue
Reaching the set queue size will cause the widget state to change to offline.
the possibility to set the maximum length of clients waiting in the queue. When this is reached, the client is routed to the following operator group within the routing
The "To whole group" strategy comes with an "Unlimited number" of sessions handled by operators (user slots are not applied).
If the user is a member of multiple groups with different lengths of ACW (After Call Work), the highest is automatically used as a rule.
