External groups

This is another section within the tenant settings that is very similar to the Group section.

Here you can also create, edit, and delete external groups and last but not least assign existing users to external groups.

Here you will find:

• default group (All contacts)

• other existing groups

• button to create a new contact contact

• search box

The External Groups section can be accessed by users with Tenant Administrator or Company Administrator permissions.

Administrators will also meet External Contacts within the so-called External Groups and operators at the moment of call forwarding.
