The Templates tab allows you to search in template messages (the content of the section is managed by the administrator or an operator with permissions to manage templates of the tenant).

Templates can be divided into folders (multiple levels) and can be full-text searched. After clicking on each template, a preview of the template is displayed and the option to add the message to favorites, copy it to the chat input for possible text editing, or send it directly to the client.

Individual templates can be added with a shortcut (hashtag #) to make it easier for operators to search for a particular template, and thus make it easier to check in chats. The definition of hashtags is the responsibility of the mluvii administrator. The operator just needs to type the character "#" in the chat box and select a specific shortcut.

In addition to common templates, the operator also has the ability to create their own templates as needed.
