2 is highly recommended for more comfortable work of operators,
FullHD resolution (1920x1080 pixels)
Specifications of the A/V chat:
2 participants (1 client and 1 operator) as a standard
up to 6 participants (1 client and 5 operators) and it depends on the particular license type
Network requirements:
internet connectivity: min. 4MB/s
This value is determined with a margin and taking into account that often the speed of the Internet is not guaranteed.
Quite frequently, other systems are running in addition to chat, which also require an Internet connection.
If 3 or more participants are connected within an A/V session, the speed requirements increase by approximately 2 Mbit/s with each additional participant.
