1) Operator Dashboard

You can now monitor the performance of your operators live. You have a detailed overview of how many operators are online or on pause, as well as how busy each operator is.

You can also see exactly how many sessions each operator has. How long their sessions last on average and how long they are in the current state (pause, online, etc.).

On the timeline, you can easily see how the operator has changed states during the day, how long they have been on individual breaks, and if they are busy enough. And much more...

Minor changes in the application:

• Fixed some of the wording in the app

• File thumbnails render correctly when pasted into emails

• On a mobile device, it is possible to scroll through the web behind a minimized chat window

• An operator can now view the detail of an email message in the All Emails table
