1) Operator will know about a long session

If a session with an operator is taking too long, the operator can be notified with a yellow or red alert (depending on urgency). It is up to you what times and conditions you set for the toasters. Conditions can be set for time, communication channel, or tag.

2) Operator is able to get a client location from WhatsApp

In mluvii, you will now also receive the location sent by the client from WA. You can thus easily locate him and send a service, technician, or other service to him.

Minor changes in the application:

• Fixed some issues with the audio in AV sessions turning on unintentionally.

• Added validations for hidden characters in outgoing phone number settings.

• We've aligned the fields in the invitation validity time settings.

• Modified the file selection modal in the Herocard settings.

• The automatic message is no longer sent duplicated to chat.
