1) Automatic message for the operator

Now you can boost your clients' confidence by allowing them to instantly connect with an operator. As soon as an operator or any subscriber connects, a preset message with an operator icon is automatically sent. This increases the speed of communication and makes clients feel like they are at the center of your attention.

2) Missed calls from IVR

We deepen your communication analysis by now being able to show missed calls that ended up in the IVR. This is a great tool to understand at which stages of the IVR customers may be struggling. If you are interested in using this feature, please contact your sales representative.

3) We have improved the REST API documentation

Our technical specialists have gone through our entire REST API documentation and made some key improvements. In addition to clearer descriptions of each endpoint, we have added example response models. All this is to simplify the developers' work and make integration easier. These changes not only make our API easier to understand but also allow for faster and more efficient development on the part of our partners. This is the first part and the second will follow soon.

Minor changes in the application:

  • The use of WA Templates can now be specified for a specific number.

  • Improved whisperer and email address validation increases efficiency and reduces the risk of errors.

  • Added a click-through from the detail in emails directly to the contact directory for quick access to information.

  • Fixed predictive campaign routing to ensure all campaigns run smoothly.
