1) Missed calls straight to the campaign

You can automatically add clients who don't get through on the first try to your campaign. Even on the run. Whether a client hangs up the phone in the IVR or in the queue, you're in the loop. All thanks to the new campaign rules. Plus, you can extend the rules with callparameters.

You control the handling of missed calls yourself. You can pause your campaign at times when operators are at their busiest, then restart it when operators are free and pick up where you left off.

2) Number of operators online

Now you can see how many operators are available online and for which channel. In the dashboards, you can select "Operator Sessions" and simply view the current status of the call centre on the screen, for all to see.

Minor changes in the application:

  • We fixed the inheritance of settings from the default package

  • The status of an email created via the API is now counted correctly

  • Removing a recipient while sending an email no longer causes a problem
