What's new in mluvii

1) Offline forms editor

You can now create your own offline form using an editor we introduced earlier. Use all its benefits and combine them as you wish. The offline form can contain both text and, for example, a selection of preset values or a field to fill in a contact. All information will then be sent to the e-mail you have set for the widget.

2) Copying set forms and Hero cards for other languages

Hero cards and the form editor entertain you so much that in recent weeks, we have been inundated with a wave of positive feedbacks and recommendations for further enhancement of these fresh additions. Therefore, we decided to add a feature that allows you to simply copy a previously created form or Hero card to another language version.

3) Expansion of the Rules by a condition to do an operation once per unique visit

If you like to use our launching Rules, you will be pleased to be able to set up an operation only once per unique visit. You can combine the condition with all available operations. For example, you can set the chat to be opened to clients only once during their visit. This gives you a new opportunity to help customers choose your products and services.

4) Statistics of each operator - BETA version

Let’s peek under the lid of our product kitchen. We have a BETA version of the Operator Metrics feature for you, which we have been preparing. As a company administrator, you will now be able to enter the section with metrics of each operator in the Licences section. You can follow the details of the number of sessions, average session length, operator status and much more there. We could not wait to introduce this functionality, so we decided to make it available before it is finalized. We will be happy if you look at the prototype with an indulgent eye. With your comments via the chat on our website., you can help us fine-tune Operator Metrics to serve you as best as possible.

Minor changes in the app:

• View the exact time of confirmation or cancellation of a Hero card in session detail.

• Alert to newly assigned client when approached via visitors.

• Changed operator group name to required field for clarity.

• Blocked file sharing while sharing desktop and vice versa.

• Visual differentiation of the transparent background in image editor.

• View the last message with the client when maximizing chat.

• Hidden e-mail handling section for non-operator users.

• View a list of tags when a new client is received. Operators can now select and assign tags.

• A user with operator rights only will now see the icon for adding new Templates in the settings section.
