1) Even better CSV file import

If you are importing a CSV to your contacts directory, use the file preview feature. Thanks to the preview, you will find out whether the file, which may be in an unusual encoding, is displayed correctly or not. You can then select another encoding to save the data in the correct format.

Minor changes in the application:

• A/V recordings store fix.

• The IVR parameter selected by a client during an incoming call is again displayed in the session preview.

• We have improved the functionality of DATE filters in some tables.
