1) Fixed operator status

When receiving a call, the operator is not switched to the "away" state.

2) Performance

The number of sessions according to individual operators is now also correct for offline channels. This applies especially to cases where a session arrives in the evening and is handled by the operator the next day.

3) Adding parameters to a session via API

Adding parameters seating is smooth again.

Minor changes in the application:

• ACW fix after refresh. You can see the countdown for the whole time

• If you turn off all channels for the operator, it will no longer appear as fully occupied in the “Operators” table.

• A HeroCard can be deleted even after use in a session
