### 1) **SLA based on call parameters**

You can now monitor SLAs on wallboards according to call parameters. This can be useful, for example, for individual IVR options of your call centre.

### 2) **Predictive campaign routing**

The predictive campaign now routes even if the operators have e-mail assigned in their mailbox.

#### **Minor changes in the application:**

* We have improved the UI in the e-mail detail when trying to forward part of a thread. We have improved the e-mail UI in the thread forwarding section.
* Fixed phone icon scrolling when redirecting from the operator.
* Minor fix to the client’s UI during an AV call on a mobile phone.
* When editing Herocards, searching for call parameters works better.
* You can more easily assign the generated API key for the chatbot API to a specific chatbot in a specific tenant.
* Wallboards once again correctly display the number of operators with the Away status.
