Mluvii News

1) A new look at the application

We have prepared a new user interface for you so that you feel even more at home in it. The dynamic behavior of the application awaits you, a new Licenses section, in which you can control the use of your licenses over time, and, last but not least, the new location of the user profile. You will now find it in the upper right corner.

2) Even smarter routing

When setting up routing, you can now add a condition to the number of free slots in its destinations. For example, if you have a senior group of operators that handles specific requests, but is now less busy, you can temporarily route more common requests to it. 3) Public API extension

You can now get the routing history of a specific session or email via the REST API. There is also information on what groups the session was routed to or queued in. You can get the information by calling GET on the endpoints:

4) Live Routing Evaluation

You can add call parameters to the client while it is active on the page. Now, based on these parameters, routing is evaluated live and the state of the widget can be changed for a specific client. For example, a client logs into the e-shop and you have information about his purchases at that moment. Based on that, you can give him access to specific operator groups.

Minor changes in the application:

• Fixed operator statuses on outgoing call

• Improved e-mail connection check
