1) New session exports you'll love

If as a supervisor or administrator you frequently export from the Sessions report, we have great news for you. We've modified the behavior of the dialog window so that you can immediately download all the sessions you've selected in the filters. The possibility to download your own number of sessions still remains. As an added bonus, we've included the total number of sessions you'll be exporting in the bottom left corner.

You can enjoy the new behavior in the case of exporting to CSV and HTML, both in the Sessions and All Emails sections.

2) Operators will find Hero cards in the overview folders

Since version 2.87, administrators have been enjoying the order caused by the new folder system for forms and Hero cards. Operators now get the same enjoyment. Forms that operators use during sessions are neatly sorted into folders and subfolders.

3) Play YouTube videos directly from WebChat

We have improved the display of links to YouTube videos for you. If an operator or client sends a link to a video to WebChat, just click on the video preview, and the video will be enlarged and played directly in the operator environment. The operator and client no longer have to navigate to YouTube.

Minor changes in the application:

• Minor API fix for widget settings

• Fixed routing getting stuck on a specific package in some rare cases

• Scrollbar added when selecting parameters

• Fixed operator table on mobile device
