What's new in mluvii

1) Search in session content

You often asked us to add a search box to the Sessions section. We liked this idea and started to work on it right away :-). In the new version of the application, you will find a brand new search in the content of each session. You can then export the filtered results to CSV and then work with the document further. We believe that the function will facilitate mainly the work of the contact centre supervisors. If you have other ideas that would make it easier for you to work with mluvii, don’t hesitate to contact us in chat or by using the feedback directly in the app.

2) Sending an automated message to the chat after longer operator’s inactivity

Requests from clients may sometimes come faster than what your operators are able to handle. For such cases, we have prepared the option to set a message that is automatically sent to the client after the set time. You can set up messages separately for multiple languages, and you can set up multiple message types with different sending times.

3) Sound notification for clients

To help your operators to engage customers, we have expanded the triggering rules by a new action that alerts the client with sound notifications. You can choose from several sounds that you can play directly in the settings before selecting them. Actions can be combined with the conditions as you wish. You can then work better with attracting the attention of your clients.

4) Widget code optimization

This information will certainly please your technical department. The script you include in pages has been optimized and loading is even faster. This change will be felt especially by clients with worse Internet connection. It will also be good for your website, which will load even faster with this adjustment.

Minor changes in the app:

  • The client now does not have the option to terminate the session in the Showroom before it starts.

  • Fixed select button display for session result in case of a client who was put through.

Thank you for your feedback, which continuously helps us improve mluvii :)
