1) More stable and faster applications

Are you used to having audio-video calls with clients, but would like more freedom on the desktop? You've got it. You can easily detach the operator and client windows from each other and move the client to any place on your desktop or even to a second monitor so that it doesn't interfere with the view in the bottom right corner. Just click on the client's preview window and drag the mouse around the desktop. You can just as easily return the window to its original location with a single click.

2) New technical documentation

Our technical documentation also got a new coat. At https://docs.mluvii.com/ you will find updated manuals and instructions for operators, administrators, and IT specialists. As with the previous version, you can browse the documentation for system requirements, a glossary of terms, or the procedure for reporting incidents to the Helpdesk. You can rate individual pages according to their usefulness.

3) New tutorial videos for beginners

Have you got a new admin or operator colleague joining your team? Or would you like to brush up on some areas of working with mluvii yourself? Then we've released a set of clear tutorial videos just for you. On our website and YouTube channel, you can find training videos for operators and admins in beginner and advanced (Academy) levels.
