π Chatbot can now send its own file π
We've improved the chatbot feature so you can now send a file that is not saved among the files in Mluvia. For example, if the chatbot creates a personalized quote or other message based on the data it detects, it can send it directly to the client in the conversation.
π Tighter link between chatbot and Contact Directory π
Now the chatbot has the ability to create contacts in the address book. It can even select the most appropriate contact to start a conversation if the contact is already saved in duplicate.
π Operator interface improvements π
Parameter values (e.g. Client's name, Client's phone number, ...) are now displayed in bold, making it easier for operators to navigate and improve visibility.
π Tracking the status of contacts in a campaign π
Through the API, you can quickly get detailed statistics about a specific campaign. You will immediately know, for example, how many clients have been contacted or how many contacts are waiting to be processed.
π Tenant Settings π
We've made adjustments to the general settings of the app to make it clearer and easier to work with.
π Minor but Significant Adjustments π
Texting: We have modified some of the texting in the mluvii settings.
Dashboards: We fixed errors in the settings when adding metrics.
Phone Modal: You can now move it around all corners.
