Mluvii is an application that serves as a tool for multi-channel online communication with a client via a web, mobile device, or a point of sales. Mluvii is based on WebRTC technology and enabling online connections through all browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer, and more). You can also easily integrate mluvii into your call center or internal company systems.

The application allows instant messaging between operator and client via chat, callback, and / or video call invitations and social networks (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp). As we develop mluvii primarily for users, we think of both the convenience of operators and our website visitors. Therefore, at the beginning of each video call, the client's camera is turned off by default and only the operator is visible. The client decides during the course whether he wants to be seen on the camera. Both parties can hear each other, can talk to each other and possibly use chat to complement their communication.

An operator can handle up to three chats at a time, but only one video call. During the session, the operator can share files, full-screen or any application windows with the client. They can also request a screenshot from the client or van ask the client to upload a file from their computer or mobile, and many other useful features.
