# Bezpečnost a GDPR

Zákaznický chat je služba výměny zpráv, která uživatelům umožňuje komunikovat s firmami prostřednictvím aplikace **Zprávy**. Konverzaci může zahájit jen uživatel a firma přitom obdrží jeho anonymní identifikátor. Nemá přístup k informacím o jeho telefonním čísle, e‑mailové adrese ani účtu na iCloudu. Když uživatel chatuje se společností Apple, společnost Apple obdrží ID zákaznického chatu přidružené k uživatelově Apple ID. Pokračování nebo ukončení komunikace má uživatel trvale pod kontrolou. Konverzace, kterou uživatel ze zákaznického chatu smaže, je odstraněna z jeho aplikace Zprávy a firma už mu nemůže posílat další zprávy.

Zprávy zasílané firmě jsou **individuálně šifrovány mezi zařízením uživatele a servery výměny zpráv společnosti Apple**. Na těchto serverech se zprávy dešifrují a jsou přeposílány příslušné firmě prostřednictvím TLS kanálu. Firma zasílá své odpovědi – opět prostřednictvím TLS kanálu – serverům výměny zpráv společnosti Apple, které je znovu zašifrují a odešlou do zařízení uživatele.
