1) Recall sessions via social networks
Whether a client has messaged you via Whatsapp, Facebook, Apple or VK, you can reply to them even after the session has ended. Simply recall the new session from the session table in the session table of the specific session. This way you can reply to the client after a long time with a solution to their request
2) Chatbot API - Returns the number of clients in the queue
Through the chatbot API, you can now see the utilization of each group and the number of clients in the queue. This allows you to distribute client requests evenly across the call center. Instructions for this activity can be found here.
3) Chatbot API - Apple Messages for Business
Through the Chatbot API, you can now display a typing indicator. This gives the client a more vivid session experience. Instructions for this activity can be found here.
4) Chatbot API - Pre-filled Herocard
Chatbot can send a pre-filled herocard, you can make it easier for the client to fill it out if you already have some information about them. Instructions for this activity can be found here in our docs.
5) Chatbot API - Send media
The Chatbot API can send images, audio and video files either as a link or directly from mluvii. Instructions for this activity can be found here
Minor changes in the application:
Fixed duplication of rows in session and email tables
Fixed filters in some tables for "empty" value
Fixed routing settings - free slots condition
Alignment of attachment name in email
We removed the ability to share Youtube videos between operator and client in the sharing tab. YouTube link can still be sent to chat Youtube in chat will show a straight preview
